Our "Sports Performance Training Center" is a collegiate-style performance facility that allows athletes to develop their strength, power, speed, and agility with state-of-the-art equipment and flooring surfaces.
The Turf and Sprint Lanes
The indoor "Speed, Agility, and Conditioning Turf" and the "40 Yard Sprint Zone" is used to maximize performance through a variety of training methods. Medicine balls, agility ladders, parachutes, plyometric boxes are just a few of the tools used to prepare you for competition.
Take out the leg extension and arm curl machine and replace them with Olympic platforms, squat racks, step-up boxes, bands, and chains or use the same Keiser Functional Trainer that is used at the world-class Athletes Performance training center in Tempe, AZ. Every piece of equipment has a specific function that enhances performance, regardless of your sport.
The Recovery Area
Athletes use this area to work on their flexibility, balance, and recovery. Use a stretch rope for some static stretching or a foam roll to enhance recovery through deep tissue massage.
